The College is affiliated to two public universities in the country, that is the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and the University of Cape Coast (UCC). The Registered General Nursing and Registered Midwifery Programmes are affiliated to KNUST whilst the Post NAC/NAP Midwifery Programme is affiliated to UCC.

Thus, graduates of this College are awarded Academic Diploma from KNUST and UCC while the professional regulatory body, Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana awards Professional Diploma.

The college also runs BSc Nursing and Midwifery in collaboration with UCC. These are  weekend top-up programmes for Registered General Nursing (RGN), Registered Midwifery (RM), and Nurse-Assistant Clinical/ Nurse-Assistant Preventive (NAC/NAP) graduates.
